About Provider1st: At Provider1st, our mission is to help providers increase revenue while decreasing administrative burden. We do this by helping protect providers' data, reducing administrative tasks, and identifying new revenue streams.

About the role:

· Provider1st is seeking a self-motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a proven track record of top performance, receptive to feedback, and eager to develop a career in healthcare.

· This foundational role reports to the VP of Provider Solutions and involves prospecting, identifying, and qualifying sales opportunities for the sales team.

· We need a motivated, energetic, and hungry SDR who will generate sales pipeline by researching prospects, identifying pain points, and securing meetings with decision-makers. This role is crucial for enabling our Field Sales Team to focus on meetings and increasing overall sales productivity.

You Will:

  • Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, research, and outreach to cold and warm healthcare provider accounts.
  • Craft tailored and personalized cold outreach messages to secure meetings with targeted personas.
  • Conduct qualification conversations with decision-makers at high levels.
  • Communicate Provider1st's value and our products effectively to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified opportunities.
  • Log and track all interactions in the CRM system accurately.
  • Develop creative engagement strategies to build trust with prospects.
  • Own the targeted prospect list, messaging, and research efforts.
  • Forecast your pipeline and business metrics accurately using data.
  • Ideal candidates include recent graduates or those with 1-2 years of top-tier sales performance, preferably in healthcare.
  • Show coachability, eagerness to learn, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
  • Possess strong communication skills, including phone presence and writing ability.
  • Be proficient with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and sales engagement tools.
  • Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Be detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Have a suitable home setup for remote work.
  • Demonstrate grit, a strong work ethic, confidence, curiosity, self-awareness, and a focus on self-development.

Performance and impact are our primary goals. Compensation includes a base salary plus commissions.
