We are an AI-powered marketing company helping U.S.-based small business owners scale locally through high-conversion digital strategies. With 500+ active SMB clients, proven results, and hundreds of successful demos recorded, we are expanding our outreach team to meet demand.

About the Role:

We are seeking experienced SDRs who are currently targeting or have previously targeted small business owners in the U.S. You must know how to prospect, how to pitch, and how to get decision-makers to show up for a qualified product demo.

This is a cold outreach role — no inbound leads, no paid ads. You must use your own tools, calling system, and prospect data to book a minimum of 4 qualified demos per day. You will also follow up to ensure the demos take place and work closely with closers to support final conversion.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Book 4+ qualified demos per day with U.S.-based small business decision-makers
  • Target SMBs already spending on Yelp, Google Ads, Meta, Angi, or Nextdoor
  • Use cold calling, LinkedIn, personalized emails, SMS, and voice/video messaging
  • Provide your own calling tool and prospect database
  • Ensure attendance of every booked demo through proactive follow-ups
  • Work closely with closers and report outcomes regularly
  • Maintain clean CRM records and daily performance tracking
  • Are currently targeting or have recently targeted U.S. SMBs
  • Know how to reach business owners who are already investing in marketing
  • Have a proven record of booking qualified, high-intent demos independently
  • Are confident making 200+ calls/day, sending 100+ personalized messages, or handling high-volume SMS follow-ups
  • Have excellent English communication skills and a client-focused mindset
  • Are motivated by performance and commissions, not just fixed hours
  • Can manage your own pipeline, outreach tools, and results with accountability

Compensation:

  • Base plus Bonus commissions per closed sale tied to your demos
