Job description

Location: United States (Remote)

Our client — a rapidly growing cybersecurity startup — is seeking a Senior SDR to drive top-of-funnel growth and accelerate their GTM motion. This is a high-visibility role perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and has experience generating pipeline for cybersecurity solutions at the startup or early-stage level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, qualify, and generate new business opportunities to support the sales pipeline.
  • Execute outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, cold calls) targeting cybersecurity decision-makers.
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to refine messaging, cadences, and lead qualification criteria.
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking and reporting in the CRM.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, buyer pain points, and campaign effectiveness to GTM leadership.

Qualifications:

  • 2–4+ years of SDR/BDR experience, with a strong track record supporting cybersecurity startups or early-stage companies.
  • Experience in outbound prospecting within a GTM environment targeting technical and security audiences.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity solutions, buyer personas, and industry challenges.
  • Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
