Job summary

LoanCater seeks a highly motivated outbound telemarketing specialist to maximize meetings and funding conversations. You will work from a remote setup, making 200+ dials daily, and qualify leads for revenue, funds, and timing.

In this role, you’ll handle calls with urgency, update the CRM promptly, and participate in morning roleplays to improve performance. A strong phone-first approach is essential.

LoanCater helps business owners and real estate operators get capital: working capital, MCA / revenue-based funding, SBA, lines of credit, equipment, and commercial real estate. Typical range $10K–$5M. You create the conversation. The team structures and funds.

The setup

• The list is provided. 100,000 raw leads in the system. You do not start from zero and you do not wait on inbound.
• Manual dialer. Click-to-call. 200+ dials is on you.
• Raw means raw. Some numbers will be wrong, dead, or not ready. If you have only worked scrubbed exclusive leads, say so when you apply.

Daily standard

• 200+ outbound dials every workday
• Under 5 minutes on callbacks, inbound, and warm replies
• Qualify on revenue, time in business, use of funds, credit/collateral, and timing
• Book meetings that show
• CRM updated the same hour as the call. If it is not in the CRM, it did not happen
• Phone first. Email and LinkedIn only support the phone.
