Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking a Sales Development Representative in Needham Heights, MA, starting ASAP. This temporary-to-permanent role offers 20+ hours per week with a hybrid schedule (1–2 days in the office) and flexible hours between 9 AM–5 PM.

A personal phone is required for outbound calls; computer provided. You will cold-call dermatology and related offices, schedule meetings, and maintain CRM records to support the field sales team.

Summary: This temporary-to-permanent Sales Development Representative position is based in Needham Heights, MA with a mission-driven biotech/healthcare company launching a prescription dermatology product. Pay is not specified. The role starts ASAP at 20+ hours per week, with flexible scheduling Monday through Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM. Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to dermatology, pediatric, and allergy practices in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Ohio.
• Identify appropriate contacts within medical offices and introduce a new prescription eczema treatment.
• Coordinate welcome-kit shipments and confirm delivery with medical offices.
• Convert outreach into booked meetings and lunch-and-learn appointments for the field sales team.
• Schedule and confirm appointments through office managers, medical assistants, and platforms such as RxVantage.
• Maintain accurate, same-day CRM records of calls, contacts, shipments, follow-ups, and appointments.
• Share feedback from medical offices to help improve the sales outreach strategy.

Qualifications

• Comfortable making cold calls and speaking professionally with busy medical-office staff.
• Warm, confident communication style and ability to handle rejection.
• Strong organization and follow-up skills.
• Able to manage call lists, follow-up schedules, and CRM activity consistently.
• Medical-office experience is strongly preferred, including experience as a medical assistant, front-desk coordinator, pharmacy technician, or dental/veterinary office professional.
• Pharmaceutical sales experience is not required.
• Must have a personal phone available for outbound calling.
