This role involves proactive outreach, managing multiple accounts, and collaborating with sales leadership from a remote location.

The ideal candidate has 1–3+ years in sales or customer-facing roles, experience with outbound calls, and comfort learning CRM tools.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3+ years of sales, account management, customer outreach, business development, or similar customer-facing experience.
• Outbound phone outreach and customer follow-up experience.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships remotely.
• Comfort educating customers on products and promotions.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and follow-ups.
• Ability to learn CRM platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

We are looking for a Remote, Part-Time Sales Support Representative for a professional, science-backed skincare organization. This role will support customer accounts through proactive outreach, account development, product education, and ongoing sales support.

Job Logistics

• Work Model: Remote
• Hours: 20 hours/week
• Shift: 9 AM to 1 PM, Monday through Thursday
• Contract: 6 months
• Start Date: ASAP

Day to Day
