Job summary

Derma Made, a medical-grade skincare line, seeks an inside sales representative to drive outbound prospecting and qualification. You will set appointments for account executives and build relationships with dermatology practices and med spas.

This on-site role starts in Northbrook, IL, with a clear path to growth and promotion based on metrics. Compensation includes an OTE of $65,000 plus benefits and a structured promotion track.

Qualifications

• 0–12 months of sales or customer-facing experience.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• High attention to detail and fast learner of clinical material.
• Ability to quickly learn product information and terminology.

Derma Made is a medical-grade skincare line dispensed at medical practices. We run a high velocity inside sales team focused on meeting quotas & earning high, achievable commissions.

Job Description

• Daily outreach, prospecting & qualifying by phone & email
• Setting up appointments for account executives
• Establish relationships with dermatology offices & med spas

Compensation

• OTE of $65,000 (base + uncapped commission)
• Benefits (health, dental, vision, 401K match, 3 weeks of PTO/personal days)
• 6 month path to promotion to an Account Executive (with clear metrics you control)
• Open door policy to leadership

Location: Northbrook, IL (100% on-site initially, 2 day/month hybrid after 3 months)

Easy access from Chicago via train.
