Job Title & Location

Sales Development Representative – Houston, Texas. Reports to Sales Development Manager, Marketing.

Overview

Responsibilities

• Motivated with sales instinct: drive market share by qualifying and delivering leads that build pipeline for the Sales Executive team.
• Takes initiative: proactively complete your work and initiate outreach sequences that benefit the team or organization.
• Strong attention to detail & time management: strong organizational and follow-up skills on key accounts and prospects.
• Resourceful & collaborative: seek solutions through colleagues, network and resources to effectively complete tasks.

Qualifications

• Education: degree or work experience with a desire to grow in an entry‑level sales role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills: clear, concise speaking, strong listening, and adaptability to different communication styles.
• Tech savvy: experience operating on CRM platforms; Salesforce preferred.
• Innovative thinking: research new tactics and improve campaign effectiveness.

Compensation

U.S. base salary range: $55,000 - $85,000 USD.
Variable incentive pay, perks such as flexible work options, and a full range of benefits including medical and dental insurance.
