Job summary

Ringside Talent, a fast-growing Columbus recruiting firm, is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive new business. You’ll identify prospects, build relationships, and own outreach campaigns to surface opportunities across multiple industries.

You will collaborate with the recruiting team to align client needs with top talent, negotiate terms, and close partnerships, while exceeding weekly and monthly metrics.

Qualifications

• Background in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles is a plus.

• Develop and execute strategic outreach campaigns to generate new business opportunities
• Cold call, email, and network your way into decision-maker conversations
• Partner with our recruiting team to match client needs with top talent
• Negotiate terms and close new business partnerships
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly new business development metrics
• Represent Ringside Talent as a trusted advisor to clients ranging from growing businesses to Fortune 500 brands
