• Identify, prospect, and build relationships with new client companies across a variety of industries.
• Develop and execute strategic outreach campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
• Cold call, email, and network into decision-maker conversations.
• Partner with our recruiting team to match client needs with top talent.
• Negotiate terms and close new business partnerships.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly new business development metrics.
• Represent Ringside Talent as a trusted advisor to clients ranging from growing businesses to Fortune 500 brands.
