Responsibilities

• Proactively make outbound calls to existing accounts across branches.
• Collaborate with decision makers to expand sales and cross-sell.
• Coordinate with customer service on orders and tracking.
• Work with branch/division teams to meet customer needs.
• Update CRM with follow-ups and quotes.
• Present Ecommerce capabilities and train customers when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
