SV Academy in Denver is recruiting Business Development Representatives for a full-time role with a built-in training program. The program includes a 90-day paid Residency at a partner company, followed by potential full-time placement with one of SV Academy's 400+ partners.

Cohorts begin weekly and are limited to 25 Residents. Compensation includes a base during residency plus commissions, with eventual transfer to partner payroll and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Required: English proficiency suitable for professional work communication.
• Required: Currently authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 90-day residency at a partner company while training and being embedded at SV Academy.
• Engage in outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to qualify inbound leads.
• Partner with sales leadership to receive coaching and contribute to real sales work.
• Potential for full-time placement with partner companies after successful completion.
