Job summary

ZoomInfo is hiring a Sales Development Representative II to join our SMB outbound SDR team. You’ll identify and reach out to potential leads, educate prospects on ZoomInfo’s full suite, and help account executives uncover new opportunities.

You will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative sales culture with onboarding, a clear promotion path, and strong benefits. This is an in-office role requiring three days per week in one of our office locations.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of related outbound sales experience.
• Clear and compelling communication with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to articulate value and identify what matters to customers.
• Interest in sales and desire to succeed; quick learner and problem-solver.
• Dependable, resourceful, resilient, and creative.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and reach out to leads to create a pipeline for Account Executives.
• Articulate ZoomInfo value proposition and educate on our solutions.
• Focus on business outcomes and pains across Sales, Marketing, Operations and Recruiting.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to uncover and pursue opportunities.
• Create trust and credibility with internal and external stakeholders.
