Job summary

ProWood, a division of UFP Industries, is seeking an SDR to drive Retail sales by pursuing new opportunities, expanding special order sales, and building positive customer relationships. You will educate customers, promote products and support the sales team under the supervision of a Regional Sales Manager.

Responsibilities include generating new sales, promoting new products, maintaining relationships, and assisting with Pro Events and store initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of work experience in customer service.
• Experience utilizing basic sales techniques and identifying sales leads.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or related discipline preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and spoken English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Generates new sales through stores Special Orders program and Contract sales.
• Educates customer on products and solutions.
• Maintains positive relationships with the current customer base.
