Job summary

ProWood, a division of UFP Industries, seeks an SDR to play a crucial role in the Retail sales process by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, growing special order sales and developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers. Promoting, educating and showcasing products will be also part of your role.

You will work under the supervision of a ProWood Regional Sales Manager. Minimum 1 year of customer service experience is preferred, with basic sales skills and

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Experience using basic sales techniques and identifying sales leads.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred.
• Understanding of basic accounting concepts.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing and speaking).

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales through store Special Orders and contracts.
• Educate customers on products and solutions; maintain relationships.
• Promote and showcase products; drive special order sales.
• Support events and merchandising at ProWood locations.
• Visit customers and address concerns; grow new accounts.
