Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales or Marketing with GPA 3.2 or higher.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Geographic flexibility and willingness to relocate for rotations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in three rotations: Sales Process (4 months), Basic Customer Exposure (5 months) and Direct Customer Exposure (9 months).
• Develop knowledge of Nordson products and sales processes through onboarding and mentorship.
• Build customer relationships, present proposals and contribute to revenue growth.
