Nordson Packaging is seeking an energetic participant for the Sales Development Program in the United States. You will rotate through Sales Process, Basic Customer Exposure, and Direct Customer Exposure, gaining hands-on experience in order-to-cash, proposals, and account management.

You will relocate as needed within the program, work with mentors, and build professional relationships while developing a foundation in sales and commercial growth within Nordson Packaging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with business/sales concentration preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to relocate within the United States during program.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Sales Process rotation to understand order-to-cash.
• Develop proposals and manage opportunities from lead to order.
• Engage with customers and build relationships as a subject-matter expert.
• Receive mentorship and onboarding with cross-functional teams.
• Relocate as needed to support rotations.
