Job summary

Nordson Industrial Coating Solutions is seeking an energetic and driven candidate to join our Sales Development Program (SDP) for Industrial Coating Systems. The program accelerates high-potential graduates into immediate sales responsibilities while offering onboarding, mentorship, and exposure to customers, products, and revenue growth strategies.

Participants will rotate through four-month to non-overlapping rotations, starting with onboarding in Westlake, OH, and potential rotations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Sales Concentration, and Marketing) is required.
• Minimum GPA of 3.2 is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; self-motivation and willingness to relocate are essential.

Responsibilities

• Participate in commercial and product training with real-world experiences.
• Shadow salespeople and subject-matter experts to learn the sales process.
• Take ownership of customer accounts as you rotate through multiple assignments over 18 months.
