The role offers an initial base salary of $62,300 after training, unlimited commissions, annual bonuses, and strong earning potential through performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in customer service, leadership, and/or sales (sales-focused experience preferred).
• Strong desire for a career in B2B/relationship-based sales.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Sense of urgency, polished presentation skills, and professionalism.
• Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify target accounts and prospects using internal and external resources.
• Establish and maintain a list of prospective clients and opportunities.
• Develop and manage relationships with clients and consultants through CRM and networks.
• Lead meetings with decision makers and qualify business opportunities.
• Negotiate terms and contribute to growth in assigned accounts.
