KeyPedia is seeking a full-time Sales Development professional to research target accounts, start conversations, qualify needs, and book meetings. You will maintain organized follow-up and handoffs to the sales team while keeping CRM records accurate.

You will prospect via calls, email, LinkedIn, referrals, and events, building qualified opportunities and maintaining momentum in a fast-paced life sciences environment.

Qualifications

• Clear, concise written and verbal communication.
• Persistence, good judgment, and reliable follow-through.
• Examples of prospecting, appointment setting, customer-facing work, or measurable outreach results.
• Comfort using a CRM and learning a technical product.
• Curiosity about life sciences quality, compliance, and supplier workflows.

Responsibilities

• Research target accounts and identify relevant decision-makers and influencers.
• Prospect through calls, email, LinkedIn, referrals, and events.
• Qualify a prospect's needs and fit before scheduling a meeting or demo.
• Confirm attendance, prepare clear meeting notes, and hand opportunities to the sales team.
• Keep HubSpot contact, company, activity, and next-step records accurate.
• Track outreach and qualified meetings, review results, and improve your approach.
