Job summary

• 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and process discipline.
• Ability to create polished client-facing materials (proposals, presentations, reports).
• Coachable, competitive, and driven to grow into a BD role.
• CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate lead opportunities across target accounts.
• Maintain accurate CRM data for accounts, contacts, opportunities, and locations (Dynamics 365).
• Assist BD in gathering project details for estimating and proposals; coordinate with estimating and operations.
• Create proposals, presentations, and reports; ensure consistent formatting and data accuracy.
• Support timelines from opportunity creation to proposal delivery.
