Reducto is seeking a Front Line Sales Development Manager to partner with the Director of Sales Development and build the SDR function in San Francisco. You will lead a growing team, shape the outbound playbook, and drive pipeline for Growth and Enterprise segments on-site in SF.

You will coach, recruit, and train reps, collaborate across Marketing, RevOps, and AE teams, and foster a fast-paced, inclusive culture that reflects Reducto's values and mission in agentic document processing for AI

Formación

• 3–5 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a management or team-lead capacity.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and mentor a growing team of SDRs (8–10 reps).
• Evolve outbound playbook with new prospecting strategies.
• Grow the SDR team through recruiting, onboarding and training.
• Build prospecting training, run weekly pipeline reviews and coach reports.
• Foster an inclusive, high-performance sales culture aligned with company values.
• Create development plans for each rep and track progress.
• Partner with Marketing, RevOps, and AE teams to improve conversion.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to use data to inform decisions while iterating.
