Job summary

Reducto, a leading agentic document platform, seeks a Sales Development Manager to build and scale our SDR team in San Francisco. You will partner with Sales leadership to craft playbooks, guide outbound strategies, and drive qualification across Growth and Enterprise segments.

5+ years in B2B SaaS sales with 2+ years in management are preferred. You will recruit, onboard, train, and coach reps while collaborating with Marketing and RevOps to optimize conversions.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of sales experience in B2B SaaS.
• At least 2 years in a management or team-lead capacity.
• Experience selling technical or AI/ML products.
• Track record prospecting into multiple market segments.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and lead a growing SDR team (8-10 reps) to build pipeline.
• Evolve outbound playbook with new prospecting strategies.
• Recruiting, onboarding and training for new reps.
• Coach on pipeline reviews and deal advancement.
• Foster inclusive, high-performance sales culture.
• Develop individual growth plans for each rep.
• Collaborate with Marketing, RevOps, and AEs to improve conversion.
