Job summary

Reducto, Inc. is hiring a front line Sales Development Manager to partner with our Director of Sales Development and build the SDR team generating pipeline for Growth and Enterprise from our San Francisco office. This is an on-site role.

You will shape the playbook, recruit and coach 8–10 reps, and align with Marketing, RevOps, and AE teams to improve conversion from first touch to closed deals. You’ll help establish Reducto as a category leader in AI document processing.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a management or team-lead capacity.
• Experience in B2B SaaS sales and selling technical or AI/ML products is preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a growing team of 8–10 Sales Development Representatives.
• Evolve outbound playbook with new prospecting strategies to improve pipeline.
• Grow the SDR team through recruiting, onboarding, and training.
• Develop strategic prospecting training and lead weekly pipeline reviews.
• Collaborate with Marketing, RevOps, and Account Executives to improve handoffs.
• Use data and frameworks to guide decisions while iterating on processes.
