Dempsey Uniform & Linen Supply is hiring an Sales Development Representative to grow our local customer base in Harrisburg. You will receive training, mentorship, and uncapped commissions while developing into a top-performing salesperson.

We value coachable, driven individuals with a client-focused mindset who can travel locally and manage the full sales cycle with support from senior Account Executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (recent graduates are encouraged to apply) but no other degree requirements beyond the stated education.
• 0-3 years of professional experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Competitive mindset with a desire to succeed.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn through coaching.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities
