Responsibilities

• Making high-volume outbound calls to leads provided by our office.
• Working toward a goal of approximately 60–70 outbound calls per hour.
• Starting friendly, professional conversations with prospective customers.
• Identifying prospects who are interested and available to speak with our sales team.
• Warm-transferring qualifying prospects directly to a sales team member.
• Following our scripts, systems, and lead follow-up process.
• Accurately tracking calls, contacts, and transfers.
• Working toward individual activity and performance goals.
