Job summary

National Corporate Housing is seeking a Sales Development Representative Intern to join our sales team. You will generate and qualify leads, set appointments for Account Executives, and support a fast-paced corporate housing sales cycle across multiple lines of business.

You will work closely with Account Executives, gain mentorship, and have exposure to marketing campaigns while building a professional network in diverse industries.

Qualifications

• Customer-oriented with a high level of professionalism.
• Strong desire to learn and succeed in sales.
• Responsive, friendly communicator, both written and verbal.
• Coachable with the ability to accept feedback.
• Ability and willingness to drive throughout the local market for property visits.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop target lists, call strategies, and messaging with sales management.
• Identify and research prospects/leads within new accounts.
• Respond to inbound requests and perform high-volume outbound calls and emails.
• Manage a pipeline of target prospects and vet interest.
• Set appointments for Account Executives and facilitate handoffs.
• Leverage Salesforce CRM to track activities and data.
• Participate in marketing and sales campaigns.
• Provide feedback on lead quality to support demand generation.
