RR Donnelley & Sons in Indianapolis is seeking a driven Sales Executive to promote and sell the company's marketing, packaging, print, and supply chain solutions within the greater Indianapolis area. You will develop revenue through leads, prospect calls, and building rapport with existing and potential customers, aiming to increase the sales/client ratio and expand the customer base.

This is a performance-driven, 100% commission role with a non-recoverable draw described; on-site position

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of sales experience.
• Strong ability to present to C‑Level and senior management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Pursue sales leads and visit existing or new customers of strategic importance.
• Assess customer needs and propose appropriate products and services.
• Negotiate prices and delivery times to close sales orders and hit revenue targets.
• Build long-term relationships to generate future sales and repeat business.
• Maintain Salesforce records and forecast accurately.
