Envision Healthcare is seeking a Sales Lead Generation Associate to drive top-of-funnel activity through targeted outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. You will qualify prospects, nurture early interest, and secure introductory meetings to feed high-quality opportunities into the sales pipeline.

You will develop understanding of target industries and buyer personas, maintain CRM hygiene, and collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to optimize messaging and conversions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Strong communication across phone, email, LinkedIn.
• Experience with CRM systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts proactive outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to identify and qualify prospects.
• Develops a strong understanding of target industries, buyer personas, and value propositions to effectively communicate with leads.
• Maintains consistent outreach activity aligned with performance KPIs.
• Qualifies leads through discovery questions and determines next steps in the sales process.
• Schedules introductory or discovery meetings between prospects and the Sales team.
• Logs all activities accurately within the CRM and maintain clean, organized prospect data.
• Collaborates with marketing and sales leadership to optimize messaging, targeting, and conversion rates.
