Job summary

Spherion Staffing, LLC is seeking a Business Development Associate in Perrysburg, OH to drive market expansion through lead generation and client engagement. You will learn staffing basics through mentorship, build client relationships, and progress toward a management role within the local territory.

Base salary ranges and a training path are provided. The role requires a commitment to a Monday–Friday schedule in the Perrysburg office, with opportunities to grow as you master client development

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience in B2B sales is valued.
• 2+ years of verifiable sales experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Research new companies, source contacts, and execute business development calls and meetings.
• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline and prospect plans to drive growth in CRM.
• Price and negotiate business in alignment with market strategy.
• Collaborate with recruiting to achieve targeted results.
• Identify and qualify business leads; document activity in the CRM.
