Pratt Industries in Denton, TX is seeking a sales representative to grow Recycling sales. You will identify leads, build relationships with customers, and coordinate with plant managers.

Ideal candidates have 1 year in recycling sales, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to travel weekly across the region. This role requires a professional demeanor and the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, or business is a plus.
• 1 year of recycling/sustainable or waste hauling sales experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite: Excel and Word.
• Willing to travel regularly across the region.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Find new sales leads via directories and referrals.
• Coordinate between Pratt recycling plants and Sales Manager.
• Communicate equipment issues and customer expectations clearly.
• Report challenges or process changes to Plant and Sales Managers.
• Follow safety policies and employee handbook.
