Job summary

Pratt Industries Inc. in Denton, TX is seeking a production associate to operate the fiber recycling line, separate commingled materials, and ensure the quality and purity of the material.

You will check material for conformance and maintain equipment per the O&M manual. This role requires strong safety awareness, ability to follow directions, and a professional attitude, with duties including housekeeping and performing additional job-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Must have demonstrated ability to follow directions.
• Professional attitude & conduct.
• Multi-task, interpersonal communication, problem solving, and time management skills are needed.
• High degree of safety awareness and safety discipline.

Responsibilities

• Separate commingled or fiber recyclables on the production line.
• Ensure the quality and purity of the material.
• Operate equipment per the O&M manual.
• Check material for quality and conformity.
• Separate non-recyclable material and trash from the line and place in proper containers.
• Maintain general housekeeping and safety compliance.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
