Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 3 years of relevant sales experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in solid waste, recycling, or logistics industries preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Excellent computer proficiency in Microsoft Office & Salesforce CRM.
• A desire and commitment to become an expert in the recycling industry.
• An organized “people person” who communicates by phone, email & in-person with courtesy & professionalism.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and industry events.
• Meet and exceed daily activity metrics and monthly revenue goals.
• Identify, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities within the target market.
• Serve as the lead point of contact for customer account management with support from operations, billing, and dispatch teams.
• Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while building long-lasting relationships.
• Negotiate, update, and renew customer service agreements to maximize profitability.
• Provide quotes, draft service agreements, and manage contract updates with urgency.
• Manage incoming customer requests and maintain CRM records for reporting and pipeline tracking.
