Job summary

Monrovia Nursery Company is seeking a detail-oriented Help Desk Craftsman to support the sales team with data entry and administrative tasks. You will help inside and outside sales reps process orders, pricing, and credit submissions, and you’ll submit purchase orders while communicating clearly on assigned tasks.

The role emphasizes proficiency in Microsoft 365, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the inside and outside sales reps to ensure all administrative tasks involved in sales orders are processed quickly and accurately.
• Process orders, retail pricing and entering credit submissions.
• Submit purchase orders.
• Communicate clearly with the sales team regarding assigned tasks.
• Provide event support as needed.
• Provide truck training support.
