Job summary

Closets by Design - Chicago South in Lisle, IL is seeking a driven Sales Designer to manage in-home consultations, educate customers on custom organization solutions, and guide projects from assessment to close. You will work with pre-set appointments in the South and South-West suburbs, delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The role offers a hybrid remote schedule, training programs, mentorship, and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).
• Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on our products and services.
• Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help our customers with their home organizational needs.
