Job summary

Closets by Design in the Dallas–Fort Worth area seeks a dynamic Sales Designer to turn client needs into beautiful storage solutions. You’ll meet with customers on pre-set appointments, assess spaces, present products, and guide them from selection to installation with a friendly, results‑driven approach.

This hybrid role offers flexible scheduling, ongoing mentorship, and uncapped earning potential with monthly bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills.
Excellent relationship-building skills.
Strong passion and enthusiasm to be highly successful.
In-home sales is preferred.
Growth mindset with willingness to learn.
Reliable access to Motor Vehicle, with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).
Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
Educate customers on our products and services.
Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help our customers with their home organizational needs.
