Job summary

Closets By Design Richmond is seeking a sales designer to help clients organize their homes. You will start with provided appointments, learn our products, and train through a 12-week paid program. A flexible, hybrid schedule keeps you close to home and connected to clients near you.

No prior degree or sales experience is needed; we value coachable candidates with a growth mindset and a valid driver's license. Training, mentorship, and opportunities for advancement are available.

Qualifications

• Willingness to complete 12-week paid sales training is required.
• Reliable access to a motor vehicle with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).
• Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on our products and services.
• Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help residential customers with their home organizational needs.
