Job summary

Closets by Design is hiring a Designer/Sales Representative to help clients organize their homes. The role offers the flexibility of a hybrid remote setup with appointments scheduled near your home, and comprehensive sales and design training with no prior experience required.

You will receive pre-set client appointments, participate in 16-week paid sales training, and have opportunities for growth through pay/bonus increases. A strong people focus helps unlock success.

Qualifications

• No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed.
• We are looking for coachable candidates.
• Growth mindset with willingness to complete 16-week paid sales training.
• Reliable access to Motor Vehicle, with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).
• Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on our products and services.
• Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help residential customers with their home organizational needs.
