Job summary

Closets by Design is hiring a Designer/Sales Representative to help customers organize their homes. You’ll work from home with pre-set appointments and receive complete sales and design training, with no prior experience required.

You’ll visit client homes, educate them on our products, build rapport, and close sales while offering flexible, near-home opportunities. This role emphasizes growth, mentorship, and a path to advancement within a national brand.

Qualifications

• No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed.
• We are looking for coachable candidates.
• Growth mindset with willingness to complete 13-week paid sales training.
• Reliable access to motor vehicle with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).
• Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on our products and services.
• Follow our sales training and use communication skills to help residential customers with their home organizational needs.
