Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in new home Sales, Design Studio, or home building.
• Ability to travel 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver content for Sales or Design Studio topics, including customer journey and software use.
• Develop and maintain a training curriculum for new and existing employees; deliver sessions nationwide, virtual and in person.
• Collaborate across departments to develop training and provide ongoing support.
