Job summary

Toll Brothers in Dallas, Texas seeks a Sales/Design Studio Trainer to develop, coordinate, and deliver instructor-led trainings and on-demand courses for the sales teams. The role includes coaching Online, Onsite, and Design Studio staff and reporting to the National Sales Department.

Responsibilities include creating content, maintaining a training curriculum, traveling to designated sites, and overseeing LMS administration to ensure engaging, effective learning aligned with company goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in new home Sales, Design Studio, or home building industry.
• Ability to travel 50% of the time.
• Proven training delivery skills, virtual and in person.
• Preferred: LMS, Salesforce, Enterprise One experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver content on sales or Design Studio topics.
• Coach and onboard Online, Onsite, and Design Studio staff.
• Collaborate across departments to develop training programs.
• Manage LMS, schedules, enrollments, and reporting.
