Job summary

Toll Brothers in Irvine, CA is seeking a Sales/Design Studio Trainer to develop and deliver instructor-led training and on-demand courses for our sales teams.

You will create curricula, coach Online, Onsite and Design Studio staff, travel to multiple sites, and collaborate across departments to improve skills and performance. The role reports to the National Sales Department and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years' experience in new home Sales, Design Studio, or home building industry
• Ability to travel 50% of the time

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver content for Sales or Design Studio topics, including training sessions and curriculums
• Coaching: onboard new Online, Onsite, and Design Studio Sales hires and travel to designated sites
• Partner with departments to develop training and provide individual coaching and problem-solving
• Communicate clearly: break down complex topics for diverse audiences using multimedia
• LMS administration: manage schedules, enrollments, content, and reporting
