Job summary

Toll Brothers in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Sales/Design Studio Trainer to develop, coordinate and deliver instructor-led training and on-demand courses for our sales teams across Online, Onsite, and Design Studio. As a coach you will inspire learning, build curricula, and travel to designated sites while partnering with multiple departments to continually improve programs.

A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in new home sales or design are required, with 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in new home sales, design, or home building.
• Ability to travel 50% of the time.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Experience delivering training and development programs.
• Familiarity with eLearning techniques and LMS technology.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver training content on sales or Design Studio topics.
• Develop and maintain a training curriculum for new staff.
• Deliver multi-day instructor-led training across the country, virtual and in person.
• Coach and onboard Online, Onsite, and Design Studio sales teams.
• Manage LMS schedules, enrollments and reporting.
• Collaborate with departments to develop and improve training programs.
