Toll Brothers in Dallas, Texas, seeks a Sales/Design Studio Trainer to develop, coordinate, and deliver instructor-led training sessions and on-demand courses for our Online, Onsite, and Design Studio sales teams. As a coach you will create content, build a curriculum, deliver multi-day sessions both virtually and in person, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years’ experience in new home Sales, Design Studio, or home building industry.
• Ability to travel 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver training content on sales or Design Studio topics, techniques, procedures, and software.
• Develop and maintain a training curriculum for new Design Studio and Online/Sales employees.
• Deliver multi-day instructor-led training virtually and in person.
