Job summary

Toll Brothers in Raleigh, NC seeks a Sales/Design Studio Trainer to develop, coordinate, and deliver instructor-led training and on-demand courses for the sales teams, including Online, Onsite, and Design Studio staff.

The role coaches teams, travels up to 50%, and reports to the National Sales Department. Requires 5+ years in new home sales or design studio and a Bachelor’s degree; Salesforce and LMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and Deliver Content: develop training sessions on Sales or Design Studio topics and software
• Collaborate on content creation and ongoing support across the Sales network
• Coaching: onboard new hires and provide ongoing coaching
• Travel to designated sites to conduct training for teams
• LMS administration: schedule sessions, enrollments, and reporting
• Communicate clearly to break down complex topics for diverse audiences
