Job summary

Havenly is expanding its Interior Define Studio in Tysons Corner, VA and seeks a design‑driven sales expert to deliver a high‑end, personalized customer experience while driving sales growth. The role blends interior design insight with consultative selling in a fast‑paced studio setting.

You will engage clients in‑store and virtually, master product offerings, and guide decisions from inquiry to purchase. Weekend availability, standing, and light lifting are part of the role.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in furniture or interior design.
• Experience in Interior Design and/or home furnishings; able to speak to mood boards and floor plans.
• Customer-centric mindset with a proven track record of sales conversions.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by delivering exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
• Consult clients in-store and virtually on furniture selections and design choices.
• Own the entire customer journey from inquiry to purchase execution.
