Mosaic Home Interiors is seeking a Design Sales Consultant to join our showroom team. This role focuses on premium client experiences, consultative selling, and building lasting relationships with homeowners, designers, and trade professionals.

You’ll guide clients through product selections, design concepts, and installation considerations, delivering a luxury experience from first contact to final delivery. This is a frontline, on-site, luxury-focused sales role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in high-end retail, premium showroom sales, or luxury customer-facing roles.
• Proven ability with consultative selling, meeting KPIs, closing deals, and upselling.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to educate and influence buying decisions.
• Polished, personable, comfortable with premium clientele.

Responsibilities

• Engage with homeowners, designers, and trade professionals to understand project goals and recommend curated product solutions.

What You'll Do
