Job summary

Closets by Design Boston is hiring designers/sales representatives to help clients organize their homes. You will receive complete sales and design training, so no experience is necessary.

This hybrid remote role offers training, advancement opportunities, and a path from pre-set appointments to senior designer with pay/bonus increases. Work close to home with flexible schedules, 13-week paid training, and ongoing mentorship.

Qualifications

• No degree or certification required.
• Coachable with growth mindset and willingness to complete 13-week paid sales training.
• Reliable access to a vehicle with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments (provided).
• Build rapport with customers to understand organizational needs.
• Walk through homes to assess opportunities and educate customers on products.

A Day In The Life

• Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).
• Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on our products and services.
• Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help residential customers with their home organizational needs.

Requirements

• No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed.
• We are looking for coachable candidates.
• Growth mindset with willingness to complete 13-week paid sales training.
• Reliable access to Motor Vehicle, with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
