Closets by Design Boston is seeking a Designer/Sales Representative to help clients organize their homes. Enjoy the flexibility of working from home with pre-set appointments near your locale. Training is provided, so no prior experience is necessary.

You’ll receive comprehensive sales and design training, with a path for advancement and a supportive environment that values service and problem solving. This hybrid role offers opportunities for growth and client-focused design work.

Qualifications

• No degree, certification, or sales experience required.
• Coachable candidates desired.
• Willing to complete 13-week paid sales training.
• Reliable access to a motor vehicle with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).
• Build rapport with customers to understand organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities for closet systems and solutions.
• Educate customers on Closets by Design products and services.
• Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help residential customers with their home organization needs.
