Rivian is seeking a dynamic Sales and Delivery Manager to scale a high‑impact field team in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will own the full customer journey from engagement to delivery, driving sales, logistics, and last‑mile execution.

The role requires 5+ years in field sales with 2+ in leadership, deep P&L/CRM experience, and a customer‑first mindset. You’ll lead cross‑functional initiatives, optimize operations, and deliver measurable results aligned with Rivian’s mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant working experience.
• 5+ years of field sales experience and 2+ years in field leadership.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage sales data.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays; travel up to 75%.
• Experience with P&L, CRM and POS systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a best-in-class customer experience across the region.
• Drive sales performance and execute initiatives to hit revenue targets.
• Own KPIs and report progress to leadership.
• Oversee vehicle delivery process, including prep, paperwork, logistics, and handoff.
• Collaborate across departments to optimize operations and reduce costs.
• Plan staffing, shifts and activations to maximize efficiency and customer impact.
• Lead cross-functional activations to boost brand awareness and lead generation.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and Rivian policies.
